I’m a writer, reader, and a teacher who lives in rural New England with my family. As a self-professed history nerd, I see writing as a way to learn more about human nature, our past, and how it reflects our future.
I love telling stories. Ever since I was little, I wrote stories in my head, on paper, and on the computer. Sometimes, I would type them out and illustrate them to hand them off to my friends and family. In elementary school, I would send out my manuscripts to publishing houses. Only twice did I receive a response.
I became a writer because I love reading good stories. The Book Thief and The Handmaid’s Tale are among my favorite books.
This website is a record of my writing and reading, and hopefully I can encourage other people to make time for writing in their lives. After all, everyone has a story to tell. What’s your story?
